The final class of the Company War God Camp has ended, and although I joined halfway through, I have learned a lot. In last night's class, Professor Shanyou talked about Call of Duty and mentioned the two major missions in life: the inner mission is to become a unified consciousness, and the outer mission is to create beautiful works. This reminded me of many things:
The Material World is a Projection of the Energy World
Everything in the universe is energy.
This is the most intriguing statement from yesterday's class and also a very frightening perspective. When I saw this viewpoint, the first thing that came to mind was a saying: the material world is a projection of the energy world.
The energy world here seems to resemble the world of ideas that we have learned. If the energy world, or the world of ideas, is the real one, then is the material world just an illusion that doesn't exist, a projection of the world of ideas, or a virtual construction?
In other words, can we understand the material world that we experience as a simulation constructed by ourselves as observers based on the information we receive? Because different subjects have different energy projections when receiving information, there are dichotomies such as poverty and wealth, good and evil, beauty and ugliness, and so on.
Perhaps the universe exists in the consciousness of every you or me. You or I are the creators of the universe we experience, and we are the original unified consciousness.
Our mission, from the moment of birth, is to unravel the mystery in the womb, find the true self, become a unified consciousness, then absorb energy, and create a cycle, tentatively called the "me" of the afterlife.
Energy, Frequency, and Channels
If everything in the universe is energy, can we understand it like this: in the material world, tangible and colorful things are actually the products of us establishing a channel with energy at the same frequency and then projecting its energy information. Those things that we cannot perceive are because we cannot resonate with energy at the same frequency to create an energy field channel, so we cannot receive this part of the energy information.
This viewpoint has three key words: energy, frequency, and channels. That is, the world of ideas, or the energy world, is itself composed of various invisible and colorless energies. Only by resonating at the same frequency and establishing an energy channel can the energy world be projected into the material world, obtaining the form and color of matter.
How Does Life Absorb Energy?
When I thought of this, suddenly there was an answer in my mind to this question: how can we, in the material world, absorb energy from the source of the world of ideas?
The answer is actually very simple: resonate, resonate, resonate!
Thinking from the existing knowledge system, to maintain optimal energy levels, on the one hand, energy consumption needs to be reduced, and on the other hand, energy intake needs to be increased.

To reduce energy consumption is actually to say resonate at the same frequency. Meditation resonates with breathing, and Zen resonates with thoughts. In the material world, all things that are at a different frequency from you are actually consuming your energy. For example, arguing with someone who disagrees with you or associating with someone who doesn't like you are all consuming your energy, so you will feel tired.

To increase energy intake is still about resonating at the same frequency. The process of breaking boundaries is when you perceive the energy of the current frequency and realize that it is not enough to meet your own needs. So you send out a signal to yourself that you need to learn and establish an energy information channel to capture energy at other frequencies. An individual's power is limited, so you need to join an organization and resonate at the same frequency to absorb energy from the energy field.
Life is about obtaining and releasing energy, and it is easier said than done. Perhaps this combination of energy, frequency, and channels can explain the existence of more things in the material world.
