In the previous article: Book Notes: "The Light of Operations", I shared my shallow understanding of operations when I first entered the workplace. Today, as I delve deeper into my work, I have gained a deeper understanding of operations.
1. Cognitive Changes#
When I first started working in operations, my understanding of "operations" was:
Operations is the process of showcasing the value of a product to users through means such as user acquisition, user engagement, user retention, and conversion. This stimulates users to contribute value and provide feedback to the product. The product then utilizes the feedback from users to generate even greater value, forming a complete closed-loop value circulation system.
Today, my understanding of "operations" has changed:
Operations is essentially about "intervening in relationships".
2. Work Attempts#
- Keyword Analysis: Keyword selection (through multiple channels) + Keyword screening (with criteria) + Keyword positioning (with gradients)
- How to write TDK (Title, Description, and Keywords): The title should fully cover the keywords + The description should include the core keywords and contextual keywords
- Content development strategy + Search engine optimization
